Re headaches and sore throat, make sure you drink lots as vaping can dehydrate. If you already are it's probably a withdrawal affect from the fags, as although you're still getting your nicotine there are hundreds of other chemicals in fags lots of which are addictive!!

Hey djsvapour, that sounds like the experience I had with D-Kites? (Its a mono alphabetic subtractive substitution cipher).

I had run out of cartos and the only thing available in the shops around here was a two pack of their cartos for £7.99!

Stupid me, I thought they were a 510 fitting, not a chance! So no refund cos they have been opened, although not even left the shop mind.
The shops suggested option was to buy a battery to fit from the very same. The shop couldn't tell me whether the battery was charged or not or if it would last 2 cartos so I would have to buy the charger too!

TBH I'm an engineer by trade so it wouldn't have been a major issue to rig a charger or maybe even mill an adaptor for the cartos to 510. It was the rip off attitude that got me, surprised they didn't try to flog me a carry case too.

Anyway I had a box at home of the 5 nastiest tasting flavoured cartos that were free with my kit which I had tested and then filed under 'I would have to be pretty desperate', and I was.

Desperate not to buy fags, desperate not to pay out near on £40, and desperate for nicotine!

Rant over, thank you for listening, you are a decent bunch.

I already upped my intake, but maybe too much rum and not enough water.

I will never give up my pipe, there are many like it but this one is mine.

Well If you re that attached to it my mate can mod it into an epipe for you ? Seriously though theres plenty of dual users about ...and I d say the pipe is the most pleasurable tobacco vice . Its easy enough to simulate though these days .
Some sorta manual Ego is your next best step , like you I dropped a lot of money on ciglikes before going large , never looked back at the ciglikes after .

Hi Raid, After two weeks of 100% vaping, I had already saved £210 by not smoking and so to invest 60 quid in a decent vaping kit seemed a small price to pay if it was going to give me an even chance of staying away from the fags.

I just wish they had invented e-cigs a long time ago. I'd be driving a Rolls Royce by now instead of a Renault Scenic!!!

I'm not sure I would ever give up my pipe (make that pipes) apart from anything else it's not smoked the same way and only for maybe 10 mins a week.

Not heard anyone use the term 'Pussers' for a while, last time was on a boat with Matelots and Bootnecks in the 90's.

I looked through all the vendor lists and have already made a couple of purchases of juice and cartos. There is one there and I noted some people extolling the virtues of the juice it sells, but when I went to place an order I saw that the P+P was higher than the juice price so I didn't buy. Have emailed them to clarify tho.

raid, what are you using at the moment?

I bought a Riva kit for about £35. If you were really canny, you could just buy a battery and some blank carts and get on with it big time. An SD screwdriver and some carts would be about £20 (including the charger). If you have liquid, you're good to go.

PMSL,well that mean you possibly have way more Seatime than i had in the whole of my 8 and a half years in the RN!!!
