Where's me banner gone?

Sussed it, the antivirus security sweet program is the culprit on my pc, I have to trawl through a mass of options now to try and find it
Paused the protection very briefly and opened a page and all things worked as they should so something in there is blocking stuff

I can see all banners, but there are one or two members avatars not showing - Vapist's for instance.
