Xtar WP2 charger owners: If the plug/power supply of the charger ever dies on you, don't panic, some netgear router power supplies are also 12v / 1A with DC centre pole positive). I found that out the hard way yesterday.

I found that out the hard way yesterday. Good advice. You can also buy universal ones to that spec. I have literally 10's of them, all different outputs and connectors, stuffed away in a box though. Pretty sure I'll have one or two in there

The universal ones I looked at were around £5 less than a brand new complete unit Fortunately where I work we used to issue customers with netgear routers so there's piles of old/returned stock so I now have back ups and back ups and back ups...

I have a Xtar WP6 II and it's a great charger, one of the best out I believe. 6 Bay is probably more than I need personally but got it in the classies.

Spoil sport?? Not at all mate, but £43 for only 2 charging bays and I'm out. Me too, far too expensive for me. But it is widely considered to be the best charger. I'll never know though, because I'll never buy one, the xtar is fine for me, although to be honest, so was the trustfire, I can't see any benefits to owning the WP2ii. The trust fire kept my cheap ultrafire batteries going for over 9 months with no problems despite daily use.
