Hi Chrissie
I have the problem of "http://allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/undefined" when tryind to open threads from the Main menus.
No problem with "New Topics"
Using Firefox 17.01.
Just tested Internet Explorer and all is ok.

Also any thread that has the purple "NEW" flag against it in any of the menus opens ok - those that don't do not ???

Andrew, I am still looking into this. In the meantime, the only thing I can suggest is to roll back to an earlier version of Firefox. I've gone back to Version 16.02 & there are no problems with that one.

No problem Chrissie just hoping the nuances I have found can help you identify the proboard/Firefox 17 issue

Cheers Andrew I'm fairly certain it's the coding that takes signed in members to last read post on a thread that Firefox 17 isn't recognizing - but I really would prefer not to remove that code

I was auto updated again to ff 17 so back to having this problem myself So thought I would try Chrome for the first time & I'm not impressed at all. Proboards support are certain it's the jump to code that is the problem, so I am going to delete that code. The difference it will make is that by clicking on the title of a thread, it will no longer jump to the last post you read . However, if you click on the purple "new" icon instead, that should still work.

I found it so slow Macca & I couldn't find a way of customising the menu & nav bars in the browser how I wanted them to be. I will give it another go though when I'm not so tired.

took me ages to get used to chrome from using firefox, I mostly miss my menus. But now that I'm used to it, it is so much better. Seems to run faster, has a lot features built in, and even more to add, and the development tools are cool. Yes I know firefox had them too, but I prefer them in chrome.
The dictionary is not as good though. :/ It often doesn't seem to recognise what word you are looking for if you get more than 1 letter wrong, and my spelling isn't the best. Which is interesting, because although google make chrome, my way around it is to copy the word I write into google search and the "Did you mean" always gets it right... ??? ??? ???

Sorted. I had problems moving a thread out of the shopping board, yesterday. So had to move it back in & out again - think that must have confused the board I've just started a new thread in there & it's showing in the last column.

Update - problem with topic titles now completely fixed. So folks can once again click on either the "new" icon, or the title thread & be taken to the last post they read.
