Hi Robby. Thanks for your most valued help. Have ordered Vamo body in Black Chrome, genisis, and 2 packs of wicks. So glad I joined this `forum`. Saving me a fortune, also fast tracking my knowledge. jeffc Any time, you wont regret it, it`s a great device.

My Vamo (body only) left the exchange at 9.46am today so on it's way, i tried tracking yesterday but it was in chinese. Dave

I ordered the Vamo last week, but didn't realise their was a discount code. E-mailed the vendor & fair play, he e-mailed back with the code, but obviously, as I've already paid, it must be too late to use it.......

Day 4 after my 2 orders were paid NO replies from e mails
Every time I get Min on the live chat, which takes all day to get him, he tells me he is shipping it 'today' He really needs to sort himself out, a month back I placed an order, after a false ems tracking number a week later, and then finally he refunded back my money for saying that he can't ship juice with ems
I thought i'd give him another go with these 2 orders, no ems, China Airmail shipping, yet I still feel like he just tells you anything on the live chat to keep you happy... Yes his prices are good, but guess with that you have to put up with other stuff. I know robby didn't get messed around but wondering why I am getting this...
I'd love to order another VAMO this time the full kit and ems shipping, I just asked if ems was ok with this and he said yes, but I just don't know what to do....

Cheers robby, I just PMd you the 2 order numbers. I want to keep using his site but I just get frustrated waiting all the time, and also not getting replies to e mails really gets my back up. As a paying customer I like to at least be able to talk with the seller, even if they say they're really busy and in a day or two it will be shipped out. But the no reply, the live chat saying 'today' everyday I ask and the problem I had before which was a week long of no communication hits your head a bit... Cheers mate

robby, tell him to get a Skype account set up, it's free and then the live chatting will run better,,,,I use a few vendors in China who use Skype....
