I want to keep using his site but I just get frustrated waiting all the time, and also not getting replies to e mails really gets my back up.
As a paying customer I like to at least be able to talk with the seller, even if they say they're really busy and in a day or two it will be shipped out.
But the no reply, the live chat saying 'today' everyday I ask and the problem I had before which was a week long of no communication hits your head a bit...

I have just worked out that there were over 400 orders within a week ordered on his site. That`s a lot of packing etc for one guy lolol, and dont forget he supplies a lot of resellers, so they wont all have been small orders

fair point and I think he does have some helpers, but if he takes people on, prices go up. The VAMO thing has been a bit of a one off so it is a difficult decision for him I suppose. He could be back to normal next week.

Thanks for this Robby, I now have a Vamo body (Black Chrome version), 200ml juice, 2 Vivi Novas, Phoenix atty, eGo case and 2 CE5 rebuildables ordered, for just over £55 delivered. I'll be happy if it gets here before Christmas.
