Sorry to hear that ... Maybe mine was just at the right time to get each connection ... 

However, it's worth the wait, I'm getting more flavour and clouds than with my Kayfun 3.1 (Clone) in fact I may let it go to finance a further Xplora !!

I loved mine so much I bought a second one, and I'm so glad I did. I tend to use mine with my copper stingray, but you're right - the flavour and clouds are just great with them, plus guaranteed no leaks and so easy to maintain. Have you tried it as a dripper?
