It's terrible here my garden has a pond! My shed is leaking stuffs ruined ops! Didn't realise till we went in to get the portable heater out! The dogs don't want to go out in it and neither do I!

Wow I was watching a news report last night on the flooding in Cornwall - the rain really does seem to have been non stop for days - looks horrendous. Thought of you Chrissie - sounds like you are high enough to escape the floods but can you get anywhere? What about shops etc.?

Dave, I'm high enough not to be flooded from a river, but could be flooded from run off from fields behind the cottage And yes I can get to shops if I needed to.

I travelled to Liverpool on Sat, what should have been a 4hr journey took 9hrs due to land slides and floods

It was quite dry & Sunny yesterday, but there is more rain on the way

Blimey it is unrelenting in Cornwall Chrissie and looks like more on the way. Hope the fields are holding up
