Hi Jason

I placed a order with you for 10 boge cartomisers standard resistance ( black ) was my first ever order with you and thanks for the free pen, However I suggest you check all your stock or who Is packing and sending as Only 3 cartos were In one of my boxes!! I have phoned up and a couple are getting sent out to me today but not a good start for a new customer such as myself.

It was myself you spoke to on the phone Vaperman and I must admit we don't open every pack of cartomisers and this is the first instance in 12 months of a pack not having the full quota in.

As I said on the phone, we apologise and the missing cartomisers are on their way today.

Totally understand that and I appreciate It, Just thought you may want to check Incase you send out more like that, I've already been dealing with another company on here who sent me out the wrong ones and Its the company I usually buy from and they sent me out the proper ones yesterday and recieved them today and I sent back the wrong ones yesterday so I am very understanding about mistakes.
