Low RAM would concern me and it appears to have poor battery performance. You might be better off looking at something like this ...

I really wanted the Senei n77 which has dual camera, better battery time & is cheaper but it wasn't eligible for Prime delivery today.

I just got hold of a second hand ZTPad C91 Upgrade for £70.
Seems quite good as its a 10.2" with 1GB ram, 8GB storage, ICS 4.0.3 and the A9 Cortex processor.

Just bought it to try out a tablet and its not the best by a long shot but gets me used to tablets for when I can save for a nicer one.
