I bought a smok telescope from ecigwizard, unfortunately i had problems with the device. Contacted them, sent the device back and they offered me a replacement, I agreed and was then advised that as they didn't have one in stock I could have an alternative finish or a refund.

My point is that throughout the process the communication was prompt and courteous and the refund was instant, their customer service is excellent.

I'd just like to say kudos to a couple of newish vendors(for me) that I've had recent orders from. Both answering shipping/order queries promptly and also very quick delivery, both under 2 days to DK is good going, quicker than some packages get to me when I'm back in Scotland...though I guess that really depends on how close they are to an international post depot.
