Oh karma - that was just a throw-away comment generally alluding to my age - OLD !!! Meant to be funny. I should remember the written word doesn't always come over as such. Mind you I still haven't sorted out the new kit yet!! MMa

Hi Chris, Now that's a good question!! I think it is Premier Ego 900 MAH but then I may have changed it to VV kit with the extra 4.2 setting £34.95 (in case it's still on his (River) Kits for Sale thread.) There is no info in the lovely box it came in. I've just had a delivery of atomised cartridges from Jason for my pink ecig and am wondering if these will be compatable with this new Premier Ego. There are couple of carts in the box and they look the same. I'm just in a muddle - think we should go back to when we first started - we only had the choice of black or white!!!! MMa

MMa I can confirm that it if it is the VV one with the led battery level indicator on it that it is a 900mAh battery and like Jason said, they will be fine with them

This VV thing, it's the one you can change the voltage on ? like the twist without the twist lol.
I did see the vid on the twist and am still struggling a bit with what the voltage helps with. Sorry this definitely wasn't my chosen subject at school. Also it's 510 fitting ? I can deal with fittings and adapters.

Malibu, to put it simplified, higher voltage means higher current, higher current means hotter coil. Lower voltage, means lower current, lower current means cooler coil. If you are used to the standard resistance atty and swap it for the low version it will increase the current which the coil will get hotter. So basically it means that with a vv you can fine tune your perfect vape temp Hope that is clearer for you

I struggled a bit yesterday, after vaping a lot with my vision, I realised the reason I kept reaching for is was because I felt like I hadn't used it. I assume this is the throat hit thing. I tried with a cartomiser and it felt better. So I'm assuming with this and a play around I might be able to improve things for myself. I have understood most about the ohms but realise that anything lower than a 2.0 ohm is not a good thing for the Riva battery.

you right there it'll get it a bit hot under the collar and might stop working, you will need to confirm that with Macca though he is the master with the Riva's (and a lot of other things but dont tell him I said so lol)
If you got the VV one you would be able to play a bit with the settings, it also has a handy charge guage so you have a better ires of when your running out of power
