Take care how big you do go enlarging the wick hole check underneath the center pin hole is quite large It is closer than most people probably think. Good point.

I finally did get around to drilling out the wick hole. I went as far as 3.7 mm.
On my original Aga-T opening it up any more and there is a risk of the wick hole opening up into the center hole and damaging the threads
Made a 3.5 mm wick like a nail and the results are very very good. Takes a couple of tankfuls to break in the wick.

I don't think i will be drilling out the wick hole, mine wick just fine using 2mm steel rope
