Gave mine a clean out and dry burn this morning and took a photo of my wick set up in case it is any help to anyone: This is using 1mm Ekowool folded over twice set diagonally between the pins so the tails just sit over the channels. Beginning to look a bit manky now, but still working well for me! If you want to try Ekowool, I got my delivery from ecigwizard today and it looks exactly the same as the stuff I got with my Tayfun. The bottom bit is a collector tank and is intended to stop liquid getting to your battery - you do get some liquid pooling in there so remember to take it off regularly and clean it out. Be careful the spring doesn't jump out though! The other thing is as already said, the spring goes in with the thin end to the bottom.

That is a different head to mine ??? Mine has a flat and wider plinth, no wonder you have no filling issues

That's strange blakey - can you do a pic? Be interesting to see what variations there are with these.

Can anyone tell me how you coil this thing please ???My pins keep moving up and down and i haven't a clue what i am doing,i'm more used to using rebuildables with screws.Surely the pins shouldn't be moving up and down like this? ???Any help would be great as im struggling here.

I can't see any difference between yours and Daves Blakey, or mine either. They all look the same. Love the artistic out of focus shot BTW

Ian, the pins on mine have come out on occasion, I just pushed them back in hard and they stayed there. What size wire are you using, not sure if that would make a difference.

Look at the pins and where they're located on daves one, and the top looks domed It does look domed, but I think it is an illusion caused by the shadows and the cork behind..
