Hello!

As I've been lurking for a few weeks I thought it was only
polite to register and say hello!

I tried one of the cig lookalikes a while back and wasn't
too impressed so gave up on the idea. 3 weeks ago a
friend told me about the new types that were available
and the fact that he hadn't had a cig for 2 weeks since
he'd got one. I decided to try again so I ended up going
out the next day and came back with an Ego T kit which
is fantastic compared to the cig lookalike I tried before.

I haven't quite quit smoking yet but I'm not going to beat
myself up over the 1 or 2 cigarettes I've given into as it's
still a huge improvement after smoking 20-25 a day.
Hopefully over the next couple of weeks I'll get rid of
the psychological need for the odd ciggie and quit
completely.

One of the things I love about vaping is I can still join
my mates outside the pub or my workmates on a smoke
break without feeling I'm missing out something which I
couldn't do when using NRT to try and stop. Although to
be honest if it's pouring down or freezing I usually leave
them to it and hide inside for a quick vape instead LOL it's
nice to have the choice!

Only been vaping for 3 weeks so there's probably no
chance of me making any useful contributions to the
forum so I'll apologise and warn you all in advance that
there's a fair chance I'll be asking plenty of dumb newbie questions

Hi everybody thanks for the welcome

At the moment I've got a 24mg Blueberry tobacco which tastes fantastic and a 18mg Strawberry
which I've just bought to try and cut down the nicotine a little!

LOL I was finding myself with some weird and wonderful dreams if I vaped too much of the 24mg
blueberry in the evening! I used to get the same effect when I tried using patches to quit so I
decided to try a slightly lighter vape for my new bottle

Hi sjs and welcome to the forum.

My juice varies between 18mg and 30mg. It just depends on what I'm doing at the time.
I tend to use the higher juices during the day when I am out and about and only having a quick toke now and then.
The lower juices are all evening ones when I can find myself almost chain vaping while watching telly or on the PC.

day when I'm only having a quick vape and also on nights out as booze seems to tempt
me to have the odd cig!

Nothing wrong with having the odd cig, I'm sure we all have in the begining, vaping takes a bit to get use to.

I'm just amazed I've had the same 20 pack of cigs for 2 and a half
weeks and there's still 5 left in the packet!
