never seen a flaky paint job on a provari you sure the previous owner (if you bought it second hand) hasn't re sprayed it

It's a black textured Provari..They are quite rare..  But the paint does flake off.. Edited to add: The one in the picture above is not the one on sale..See OP for the pictures of item on sale. |
