I have seen this story so many times before, always from Birmingham, under various different names, somebody somewhere on another forum investigated and found the address was a block of flats in Birmingham using various names, just claim through PP and hope, but bit of a warning to others, dont use unless got registered business address.

I don't see a scam here. Deception as he's drop shipping, but he's gaining nothing. Nor do you need to hope when making a paypal claim. No goods. money back.
