My Frogster's egg custard tart was rather thick & wasn't vaping too well.  So, thought I'd try & thin it a tad. Have no de-ionised/distilled water, I couldn't reach the vodka, so I've used a tiny drop of Gordons & it ain't half bad & has worked.  How much 'thinner' would/could be added to a mix, please? |

No idea Jess, it'll depend upon how gloppy the original mix is/was . . . as with plain VG, I'd just add enough dilutent until it looks viscous enough.

Thanks gals! It was 60/40 in a CE4. Normally, I don't have a problem, but this seems to have thickened. ??? The tiny drop of gin I added did the job, so I didn't do any harm.....phew! I want to try mixing higher VG juice, so I'll keep that in mind, Perps. Karma, I have a Vivi Nova, haven't got around to using it yet though. :-[ BTW, congrats on your 1 year anniversary!  #icon_bravo# |

No, it was kept at room temp & I normally shake the bottle before filling up too. ??? Ah well, I have another, larger bottle of it on the way, so it'll be interesting to see if that does the same. It's soooo moreish... |

When I thin vg out , I start with 5% vodka and if its still too floppy add another 5%

I just drop in a few drops of Vodka. No science in it.
2 drops per ml is going to be quite safe. I "thin" one of my 95% VGs down with 3 or 4 drops per clearo.
