I hope my Black Chrome comes soon, I'm sick to the back teeth of having no VV since my LT committed suicide... I forget when I ordered it (could have been last week) but I checked the tracking number and it's already on it's way to the UK!

Well, I just opened it up, screwed on my Vivi Nova and the center 510 connection on the SS Vamo is off center, making the Vivi Nova off set, pissed up look... Not sure if I could put a screw driver down the outer part and try to push a little to center it without breaking it. zainy's response was that they are all tested before shipping and it must me my Vivi Nova..lol I already own 2 Vamos and use the same Vivi Nova on them both, no problems. Just looking at the center part you can see with your eyes it's off center... bloody Chinese quality control my ass I understand that buying from a UK vendor it more expensive but when something like this happens maybe it's worth that extra few pounds as it would be replaced instantly. Oh well, I will see it I can re center it some how, but if anyone else has an idea let me know.... Ok, sorted it just about, it's not 100% perfect but about 98% I got a key (the only thing I could find to fit in the drip well) and carefully pushed the center part with the key against the inner ego threading. It pushed it a little, i wasn't going to put to much force in case I broke it. So got the Vivi Nova on it and it's not too bad at all now. For some reason though after testing it, I like my old Black Chrome one better. Vapour lingered in the Vivi Nova while vaping it which gave me a dodgy hit at one point. Never get vapour lingering in the Vivi when using my black chrome one..... So just got the VB SS Vamo and it's the same problem as the one from zainy, but this time it's the front where it's pissed up. My key action hasn't fixed it yet, I just tried. I will have to play around more when I get time. Looks like it's a factory QC problem, I wonder if there's a whole batch like mine going around. Let me know if anyone else gets this when they get theirs. Oh and got a nice color instruction manual with the one from VB, didn't get such a think from zainy....

What a pain Is it sitting at an angle or vertically straight but off centre?

The Vivi screws on but it sits at an angle, so the base touches the top on the front then raised off as it should be at the back. I get the first one looking nearly ok, just haven't got the one from VB today right yet, the key thing didn't work, it bent my key Going to try with a screw driver tomorrow, but like that other bloke said, you just feel like you could snap it at an second when doing it....

Yes, I suppose the Stainless Steel is harder to manipulate as well

I never screw anything on too tight, so I find most things rock and roll a bit on any 510 connection, even on the Provari! - I just nudge the attie/ tank a bit and that usually gets it straight.

Yes, me too, always scared of pushing the centre connection in either the atty or the mod. I believe the CV1/2 has a spring loaded centre contact, great idea!

Just my thinking but if the CV1/2 has a spring loaded centre contact is that prone to juice getting into the battery?

Just received my Phoenix atty from Min. It's a great little item and well worth the wait. Not tried recoiling it yet but looks easier than a Vision Eternity. Not quite enough space to convert into a Toddoid though at first glance
