On reflection,it was rather like when I smoked and vaped,I could vape until I needed to have a ciggy,so really its almost like doing the same dropping the nicotine till I get edgy,I cranked up the wattage with the blue mist and could achieve quite a throat hit,so will be ordering more of that in zero nic,as its a cracking vape

Well done for trying, 5 and half hours is pretty good going

I did that yesterday went from 20-16mg for the day, all i got was headaches until the evening when i switched back up

but this year, my intention is to go down from 20-16 then to 12, gradually as I am not in any rush!

I found that I could also go most the day at work today happily on zero,just going back to my 18mg when I was out and about round the college,this was more out of habit though as my tank on my tin is loaded with 18mg menthol atm,this biggest problem is I have around 400-500 ml of juice to get through first as well,so will carry on doing the same as I have done this last day for a little while yet
