They missed a shipment, that's bad.

They followed procedure by not giving your parcel to an impostor claiming to be you. Good

THey went out of their way to make sure that you got a parcel before you were 'out of the country'. that's exceptional.

Someone screwed up by not getting the mail to the delivery office on time. They clerk went out of their way, delayed other peoples mail to get you yours, you are getting a refund for the postage price, and you are upset with the service you received?

moblee, puffin orders are definitely on their way. i messaged puffin and royal mail had problems with the weather but now back to normal thought i'd let you know

Finally some of it has arrived ## 10ml of chocolate from puffin, 30ml of ry4 from vapeland (very fast) just need another 30ml of Amber virginia from puffin .

Glad to hear the good news moblee.

I've given up expecting nice things to arrive on my doorstep when I get back from work.

I'm waiting on SO much stuff, vapemail (just one now), ebay, amazon. It's all 5,6,7 days late.

However, my "rant" juice did arrive. 22 days after I was promised it.
