I get the can't use them message, it says so in my Points account section. I will email them about that and the fact I only got 30 points instead of the advertised 100.

I get the 'There are currently no products you can purchase using your points.' when i look in the my account section but if i put something in my basket then go to the view basket bit there is a slider just above where you can enter discount codes. Slide this to use points.

I'm wondering what's going on, they have the main ecigwizard website, the uk-eliquid site and also the neatcigs website. A lot of the same products appear on each site.
Maybe it's a tax thing lol.

I'm not at all impressed with the vivi I bought, with a list price of £11.99 I foolishly assumed it was a vision, especially as the spare heads were in condoms not plastic packs, the three heads it came with read 4.5ohms ( as opposed to 1.8!) 3.5 ohms (not 2.4!) and 2.8 was spot on, it feels and looks cheap and the finish on the top cap is not complete and patchy. For £11.99? Sending it back I think.

I just checked the vivi nova i got from them. Im getting the same sort of readings as you apart from the 2.8 is not spot on. All read above 3.5 ohms! > The one i was sent is Olympian branded.

Yeah, same brand as mine mate. It's going back, I could live with having to recoil it but the crappy finish on the top cap is too much.

I have a couple of proper Vision Vivi Novas. I see on the ecigwizard one the air hole is on the side of the base but on the proper 2.5's the air hole is on the 510 connectors. The trouble with novas is there are so many copies around which makes it hard to buy a real one unless you buy from a reputable retailer.
