Higher throat hit?

You could start mixing your own looks frightening but its really easy ,i use liberty flights for the calc
and all you would have to do with the pg/vg mix is basic use comp calc see what 70% is of total

but there are others where you can split pg/vg ratio

heres the calc from liberty using 24mg nic 20ml of juice

Ml Drops %
PG/VG with Nicotine: 9.2 184 46
PG/VG zero Nicotine: 7.4 148 37----- heres your pg/vg
Water/Alcohol: 1 20 5
Flavouring: 2.4 48 12

so for a ratio -70/30 pg/vg 148 drops as above
Pg 103 drops Vg 45 drops

ok shall explain[ line by line on the above calc link]

nicotine comes in different strengths[mg] 50.52.54 etc[pg or vg nicotine]

so in this line you change it to strength you have
Nicotine Base Strength [PG/VG] (mg): so enter nicotine strength you have

in this line:
Desired Nicotine Strength (mg): you put the ejuice strength you want 12mg what ever 15 ,18 24 any number basically

in this line:
Dilution [Distilled Water / Vodka] (%) leave it at 5% -- yes you can use vodka-distilled water from any car or petrol station battery top up basically

in this line
Drops per std 1ml (no. of drops): i leave this at 20 but i do the old cook bit a few for luck lol


Flavouring (%): i have mine at 15% it really depends on how strong flavour is golden rule less you can add more later..to much and its screwed

in this line:
Required quantity (ml): depends on what bottles you have old ejuice bottles come in handy or buy some

now when you hit calculate...the amount of vg/pg appears basic it calculates what is left is what is needed so as you want a pg.vg ratio of 70/30

Well i ordered some higher pg liquid over the weekend and some lower resistance clearomizers so hopefully that will help, i would rather not fork out for a variable volt/watt battery yet.

Having said that, whilst i was looking at the juice and clearomizers i kept seeing lovely shiny things and even some pretty flowery things and kept accidentally ordering them too, so today i have remortgaged my house so i can build an extension to house all my lovely new things that should, fingers crossed, arrive tomorrow

a lovely shiny, sparkly, flowery battery which arrived today amongst other things, it was very exciting when the postie knocked on my door!

Well i am now vaping a lovely Forest Fruits 80:20 pg:vg from vapology in a 1.8 resistance clearomizer and the throat hit is great, far far better.

And, for the first time, i can actually taste it and I love it!

until today i have been having 5 rollies a day, down from 30. So far today, apart from one i had before the post came, i haven't had or wanted one. Its early days but its been when i didnt get the throat hit that i caved in and had a rollie. I am hoping that now i am getting a better throat hit i might be able to get off the rollies completely.

Throat Hit is determined by a combination of Flavour/Nicotine strength/PG to VG ratio/Atomiser resistance and voltage through the coil!
