Contacted a vendor once when he sent me 120bottles of juice instead of 10. I knew I'd get one free as he offers an extra if you buy 10, but 2 I thought may be mistake. Knew I'd use the juice so offered to pay the extra into his PayPal account but turns out it was a get well present as I'd recently been in hospital. Which meant I used the juice feeling cared about instead of feeling like a cheat. Also have told cashiers they've given me too much change, the looks you get are priceless!
