Tornado charging

Does anyone know how long a Tornado battery should take to charge? I put mine on this morning and it showed a green LED on the charger. After reading up I found out it's supposed to be red on charging. I knew my battery was flat so I knew something was amiss.

Turns out I didn't have the battery screwed in firmly enough. So, having sorted that, I put my battery on to charge. Now though the light has gone green after only 15 minutes, it couldn't charge that quick could it? It can't be because the battery is loose as I have checked that it really well connected.

Any ideas?

If it was a new, unused battery it will have come with some charge in it, sometimes quite a lot of charge

If it's not a new one, I don't know

I suggest you start using it and when it next needs a charge make a note of how long it takes for the light to go green. It could be a faulty battery, possibly.

Thanks Syclla, I have it on charge now and am timing it. The charge before gave me 15 minutes of raping before the battery went flat.

are you charging it on usb or from the old type mains charger ?

usb makes a difference as it charges faster than the standard old type charger, should take 2 hours max even less sometimes.

these batteries have no memory effect

OOPS! Definately meant vaping, I was on my phone, the spell check obviously doesn't know what vaping is.

I think the charger is a bit temperamental, it's a usb, I think I have it working now though. It seems to be charging properly finally.
