setting up Riva 1100

Put one battery on charge to start, you going to use carts or the clearomizer?

Fairly straight forward to get up and running. If you're using a clearomiser then remove the drip tip (or base if it's a Kanger) and fill with liquid. Fill to just below where the wicks go in to the coil at the top, put your drip tip back on, give a gentle shake then screw On to your battery. Be careful not to screw on to tight or it could damage the centre pin.
If using the Cartomizer then slowly fill around the edges of the cart being careful not to get any down the centre hole, once the all the liquid is absorbed put it on to your battery and vape away.

Oh and make sure your batteries are fully charged.

Probably the clearo, just fill as ryan said above, Then you can fill your carts as above and leave to soak in while you vape clearo.

ok, it says battery charged (green light on charger), attached clearo but now can't get battery to switch on
