sorry this is the one I was looking at, mine looks smaller, is the difference just the bigger battery on your one?

I prefer the smaller size, but yours comse with a clearomiser as well as 5 cartomisers (cartridges?)

still none the wiser what the atomizer is

Hi and welcome
As others have said the size isn't just about looks but battery performance.
A tiny battery on a look-alike will last smokers a few hours before needing to be charged again.
I'm quite a heavy vaper and the Riva 1100mah battery will last till the second day and longer.
They also provide more reliable power to perform better each puff and can attach to a mass of different devices depending on your taste.
If you don't need to have something that looks like a real cig, there is a whole world of great vaping with the Riva type battery.

The cartomisers and clearomisers have the atomiser already built in, hence the name.
Separate atomisers and cartridges are the older style not generally used much anymore apart from slightly more advanced stuff like dripping, which is fairly rare.

The Vgo in the video you linked to is the same size as a Riva or Ego BUT it has a different connector that is not so common, so my advice would be to avoid and go for a Riva or Ego.
MANY MANY people have come on here and said they don't want something too big. But after they have used one for a while they come back and say "I don't know what I was worried about!"
I'm sure you'll be impressed if you take the advice offered.

If you go for the kit Esme has linked to you only get one battery, you REALLY need 2 so you can use one while one charges. They always seem to run out at the most in-oppertune moments.

Last dying minutes before i go, if you go for the second one you will need a extra battery as Discodes explains above.

If you go for the first one all you need is liquid.
