Most tend to contribute to the forum before selling or buying.

I think it is to everyones advantage to build up a bit of rapour before trying to sell something due to the fact that you are asking someone to send you money when you are newly registered. The classies are just a bonus on a site that is predominantly to get advice and for those with experience, to give advice.
If people just come on here to buy and sell but dont contribute, it ends up being all take and no give.
It would be easy to register on many sites just to cherry-pick items for sale or to sell, thus stopping the"regulars", who give up a lot of there time helping others, a fair chance.
I personally would not purchase from someone who had just registered and made their first post, a post in the classies as I would not be willing to send money to an unknown person.
But of course, the above is my opinion.

I agree with greigster and also feel some stuff is overpriced. Just my opinion, but I'd personally be embarrassed to put 2ml of juice up for sale. I'd normally add it on to someones order as an extra.

and not very good etiquette to fill classifieds posts with your opinions... there are threads concerning the same issues you have so please try and keep your options to that cheers

I have browsed this forum for a while now and do intend to contribute.
I was unaware about being a new member and selling items, I didn't mean to cause problems.

However, I really don't think my prices are overpriced as they are all brand new except the 3ml of bubblegum and the 2ml antidote and 2ml green peach tea. I paid £5.99 for the atomizer, £2.99 for the vivi head, £5.99 for the FS gummybear 10ml, £5.79 for each of the Rawr juices, £4.84 for the 10ml DV bubblegum and £4.84 for the DV apple pie, excluding the prices I paid for the postage of each of these items. I thought I would put up the 2ml in case anyone wanted to try those flavors before committing to a bigger size, I have reduced those too.

Thanks to Gordy and Captainpugwash I was contemplating deleting my account but I think I will stick around

Sorry Gordy, you are right I should not have voiced my opinions in the classifieds but of course etiquette works both ways.

Nothing wrong with selling on first post is there, I didn't even post anything and I'd brought 3 thing on here I think its great and if ppl want whats beeing sold even better

Don't delete your accout, stick around. We're a friendly bunch really. But it's better to get yourself know before trying to sell bits. We all make mistakes and thankfully we learn from them.
