The easiest way is to take a syringe...
remove the top cap
There is one silicon ring there get it out (You can use a tooth pick for both)

Once you do this you can see two small holes on either sides.

Insert the needle and fill in

(You better get a proper needle as I felt the filling needle they give is crap)

ok they hold 1.8ml but i never ever fill mine right to the top.
the plastic needle that comes with it works just fine aslong as you dont go hammer and tongs at it and bend the bloody thing.
get hold of you clearo and remove the black top part and throw it in the bin, secondly inside is a small silicone rubber o ring take it out and put it to one side, you will now see another white silicone ring that has a big hole in the centre and two tiny holes either side.
take your syringe and fill it from your bottle of eliquid with about 1.6mls of juice and then place the plastic needle onto it and then try and get it into one of the holes and gentley squeeze untill you have the right ammount in the clearo.
as a rule i will also put 1 drop in the centre onto the coil in the middle to start helping it to wick so you dont get a dry burn when you first use it.
once youve filled it replace the rubber o ring inside the clearomizer and put on your rubber drip tip and vape to your hearts content

Also for the first time you are using a clearo better leave it for 5 minutes after u fill liquid..

River, I absolutely cannot manage to fill my clearos in the "proper" way, so I remove the silicone disc(s) and insert the needle (attached to a filled syringe of course) down the inside of the clear plastic cylinder, shoving the central ceramic "cup" slightly aside if necessary, and it probably will be necessary.

I am careful not to fill so that the juice overflows the ceramic cup, keep it slightly below that.

Then I put back on the silicone disc which has the large-ish central hole and the almost invisibly tiny holes either side, UPSIDE DOWN so that it rests firmly on top of the ceramic cup.

Frowned upon, but it works for me.

filling these used to be a pain but I guess I got used to it very fast..

Actually I can refill one of these in 10 - 20 sec now...

It becomes pretty easy if you use a proper syringe (Not the plasticky ones u get with the clearos)

And when I have learned to properly fill these I stopped using them coz I got my brand new ladies (GGTS and UFS)

Once I got the UFS right I am not gonna go for anything else.........
