Not to sure whether its a daft question.
No matter what flavour one buys, Is it feasible to make the flavour even stronger by steeping it before using pre mixing.
Another question, how can one prevent air bubbles in a syringe.

You're not going to make a concentrate, more concentrated . . . because it is already concentrated.
Is that what you mean Stamina?
You need to draw your liquid up more smoothly to avoid air bubbles I'd think.

Thanks Perpetua.
Exactly what I mean on the concentrate, I knew asking was stupid. But the least smelling concentrates I thought might be worth ago.
I was making some strawberry custard before and the syringe was playing up and it took ages, A tortoise could of made it faster. before that I did do a mix of caramel banana, I have named that carban and had no trouble with the syringe. its weird one minute you have the knack and the next minute I am klutz, nevermind its still fun and the kitchen has never smelled so good

It's practise I think with syringes Stamina, do you use a needle or not with them? I never bother with needles, just use a selection of syringe sizes so I can get down into most bottle sizes. Plus, imagine you're pulling a pint and hold your bottle on a slight angle if it isn't full of liquid. Hope we're going to have some recipes from you . . . your mixes sound very nice, as well as smelling lovely. Happy Mixing!

:)Hi Stamina, try overfilling the syringe and then pushing the excess back out until you disperse the air bubble No question is silly either, if we don't ask we don't know

Ah, I been using the needle. Thanks for the possible solutions Perpetua and Sue. will put that method in practice next time I do a mix.
Got to love this forum, you could ask anything and always get an answer.

With the needle, after watching years of Casualty and Holby hold the syringe with the needle pointing upwards and flick the syringe tube with your finger nail. The bubbles should rise towards the needle. Push the plunger gently till you get just liquid out and that should do it.
