I finally gave in to my cold and missed work yesterday after working the previous two days spreading lurgy to the world.
When you cough so much you get them speckly bits in your vision and your ribs hurt its time to crawl into bed and wait for it to pass.

I went for a little nap this afternoon and since I woke up, have got streaming eyes and nose,doing nothing but sneeze and feeling shivery. Told hubby that I think I'm coming down with man flu and his reply was, "Don't be daft, it's only the sniffles. You'll be right as rain tomorrow." Men!!!

:)Typical male Jeanie have you got any night nurse or beechams plus. I had hot blackcurrant squash when I had a cold and I'm sure it helped No I didn't train the OH very well did I. He's 71 soon and has a memory problem so I can't see a sudden change on the horizon. Never mind been doing it all these years so carry on regardless

I'm married to a time-served baker. I have never, NEVER had so much as a bap out of him in all these years.
