In all honesty, I haven't got the foggiest idea what I'm on about.... .......I happened to read the thread, was bored, so I googled it......... Now, for some unexplainable reason, I'm sitting here, reading all about wool stuff......I need to get out more............. Kind of you to try to help Karma anyway chris. Yes, I am very trying.............

Thanks you so much Chris. The exact yarn isn't on there but it gave me an idea to google 'tension'.
so I now have it! 9st =4 inches so I reckon about 40 stitches should be wide enough for a small blanket!

Yeah, they stated 7.5 stitches originally, but I e-mailed them & pointed out their mistake. Glad to see they rectified it...... .......................................... P.S....I still haven't got the faintest clue what this thread is all about, but I seem to have fitted into it quite nicely......

I'm here to assist in whatever capacity I can karma.....If it wasn't for the fact that this vaping malarky now seems to be consuming 99% of my time, I'd be sorely tempted to arm myself with a brace of 36's ( technical term amongst us knitting fraternity )& get going myself......
