Thank you Andy for your support, Still have a lot of tweaking to do, info to add etc.
I have the vision mini nova's on order, they are going to be approx 2 weeks, fingers crossed they will be sooner

TIP for the vision Spinner buyers, pop the spinner in 4.2v when charging, i've learnt this since from another forum.

It sounds techie but, here goes: Mode 2 is RMS, recommended that users use the RMS (Root Mean Square) mode as this will be a more reliable and accurate method of delivering consistently accurate voltage.
