Finding the throat hit very harsh with my liquids. Making me cough a lot and i have a sore throat. They are 70/30. Should i try a liquid that is high VG like 70/30 or 80/20?

Could also try knocking the Nicotine level down, will help ease TH.

Vapebake, you can add some VG to your juice to make it less harsh. You can buy small bottles of glycerine from the baking section of supermarkets, or larger bottles from chemists. However, it will cut the nicotine & flavour of the e-liquid.

How are you inhaling on your e-cig? I coughed on E-Lites (I know, fairly unbelievable...) and couldn't even begin to vape on a Riva at first.

Takes a while to learn the best technique, or you will cough.

We were the same, took us a good 2 weks to be able to take a long drag that you see on all the review vids.

Bought some juice the other day (70/30) at the checkout in comments box, i asked if they could make it 50/50 and not sure if they did or not ???

Its vaping beautifully though . So crisp!
