Personally I think UKecigstore have been good to us - and in order to keep them onside if their lounge is open we ought to honour the agreement - if people want to meet up earlier we could always go to same pub but not upstairs to begin with - or another pub. If they're not open by the weekend we have the same options or could contact pub and see if we could get them to open earlier?

oh bugger - i'll struggle with the stairs also - been sleeping on a mattress in living room for last few months - didn't even twig that
ETA: The likely hood is I'll also be in a wheel chair - if there is a bit of walk between venues
