Hope you can make it Sarah,know how you feel though,I'm trying to get two cars taxed and MOT;d before a big show in April,so I'm juggling money like a mad man as I haven't got enough,but will borrow from Peter to pay Paul for a bit .

As AT1 is having problems with his new lounge would it be a better idea to look at other venues for the meet?

Ok AT1 has been in touch and his lounge is nearly done,so he is securing the 23rd for us,at the moment I am not sure what everyone wants to do ie before or after,we were thinking about using the lounge from 7pm,I am not sure how long for yet as I am still swapping PMs about times etc,I have asked about finding a pub that wont cost the earth for afterwards if we are not staying all evening in the lounge.

Anyway a few things to finalize, everyone's input welcome,let me know how you feel about times and ask any other questions,at1 will be back in contact with me Monday to finalize everything

I'd actually like to know what this 'Lounge' is going to be like

As it will take me the best part of 2 hours to get there is it a shop with a couple of sofas?

I can appreciate having a sponsor for an event is good but not if the event doesn't get off the ground

Guess it depends on how long the lounge is open and whether they have a bar

Is an early starters option on? If so, start at London Bridge and tube it up? I can understand if people aren't keen on that.

If not, I think we need to do another pub hunt since the camvip map only has 2 bars in Soho listed on it which I think are on the posher side of life. I've been to Chinawhites and it's one of those exclusive type places. They are clubs not pubs and I don't think Blakey will get in with his blowtorch.

Failing that, Chris is up to speed with the cross-dressing clubs ... sure he could reserve us a corner

Would that vendor chap on UKV know of anything? He was putting ecig vending machines into pubs I recall

I don't mind what times etc. My only issue will be parking my car with my blue badge and how far it will be from the pub/lounge. I won't be bringing my wheelchair as Mr Dolly is working and won't be around to push me. I will use my crutches so i cannot walk too far, but i don't want anything planned around me. I just need to know exactly what we are doing so i can go look at maps and stuff to organise how i am going to manage it all.
