Easier said than done, I forget and start munching away like my teeth are made of titanium. I broke a tooth on a crisp a couple of years ago and was about £300 for a crown so I'm alot nicer to my teeth these days!

Hi Guys Got my order yesterday - my kid heard the postie lol
I now have 3 riva batts with clearos on the go. The new 2.4 V3s I'd say are very similar to the one that came with the Riva 1100 kit
The Banoffee Cream is Yummy but like Dave I'm not struck on the Raspberry Truffle, smells too coconutty for me. Just saw Dave's post about another Raspberry so will try that next time.
Think I've gone a bit mad as I just ordered another 5 flavours from Vapourtine today so when they arrive I'll have 18 to play with
As I didn't put much of the raspberry juice in clearo I'd like to wash it out and try another flavour. Can you wash all parts of the clearoas? Is there a link showing how to take them apart please?
Also I have lost the elastic washer from my original clearo and can't find a site that sells them. It seems to work fine without it but does anyone know where I can get them as I'm sure I'll lose loads.

Sooetie very pleased you got your new juices, sorry I can't help with any of your questions - I have no knowledge But I'm sure there'll be plenty in here that can answer them tomorrow and I shall be watching because I have wondered about cleaning my clearo! Warm water and fairly liquid being my favoured option until I hear different!

Warm water - yes. Fairy liquid - definitely not unless you want to taste it in your vape for ever and a day. For a 'deep clean' soak using a denture tablet or vodka

Hi Morag
Was it Ragmo or was I having 'a moment'
I had a good look about re cleaning clearos and washing up liquid isn't the general advice - even though thats what I started with. I then went on to distilled white vinegar which actually has more of a smell. Didn't get to the Vodka which someone advised as I don't have any and I don't think white wine would do the trick!
I just took it apart and put the lot in a pot and left it - not that long as I'm impatient - and then dried it off and it still had a hint of the old flavour but once I put Chocolate Orange in that went. Not keen on the choc orange either - think it may be something they use to make the choccy flavour.
The only other thing I would suggest is add lemon juice to warm water - that tends to get rid of smells etc

I prefer the Clearos and am not sure which to get the 2.4 or 2.8 V3. The 2.4 seems most popular so maybe I should try that first? Re Juices: I really like the Cherry so will get 30 ml of that. I'm going to try some of the Grizwald's samplers. I don't like too sweet so was thinking Arctic Cherry. Chocolate Lime. Raspberry Dream and Hypnotique. Any other suggestions would be welcome. I like the clearos too. Not that I'm not ever a carto user, you understand. The 2.4 is the best bet, although 1.8s are good for crazy-cloud vaping - first one I used was a bit much, but depends on the battery really. I re-wick/coil my own and have them down to a reliable 2.2 ohms....Ideally, an in-betweener would be good, but that's just splitting hairs.

Oh, b.t.w. I like both the Arctic Lemon and the Citrus Mix. Two of the very few 30ml bottles I own.
I think I have tried over half of all of the Grizwald's now, they are fantastic juices.

If you're using a Riva don't get atties with a resistance below 2.0ohm. 2.4 is fine Why is this, Oneday? I recently bought some rebuildable Vision Ego 1.8s for my Riva. The VE website says that they are compatible. I did notice, though, that the connecton did seem to get a bit hot after, say, three draws in quick-ish succession. XXX

Sam apparently the Riva uses thinner wires than ego batteries, and that excess heat you've noticed can (rarely I guess) melt the wires or the solder joints inside the battery.

ok thanks for the cleaning advice and I have put the fairy liquid aside and will try warm water and perhaps vodka for a deep clean to get rid of the menthol if I decide to "gift" my clearo to my OH
