I was a wee bit worried it might be stuffy,boring and antagonistic but it's none of those and a very well structured pamphlet stating the obvious benefits from vaping and avoiding cigs and the pitfalls of regulation.
I will be using this for sure and wish ECITA 'all the wind to their wings!'

Hey folks,

new here -so hi! But, I also think it'd be an excellent idea for everyone interested in keeping e-cigarettes legal (cause, goddamn it I don't wanna go back to smoking but I'm in love with nicotine!) to get in touch with their local MP...I imagine most right-minded people (even politicians) will be all over this if they feel it's actually an issue.

You can contact your local MP directly...as the site says though, it scans for cut-n-paste's and blocks them from your member of parliament - so there's no point in sending a generic letter - just write them like a normal person and explain your personal experiences and ask them to try to challenge this crazy and potentially life-threatening law.

Excuse my ignorance but what are they trying to do? Ban it in public places? Put tax on it? Any off this would be a complete joke..

Basically they want more regulation but don't know what category to put e-cigs in.  It is not a tobacco product so doesn't fit their and it's not a medicine either!

We would rather they just left the status quo.

I just sent a local MP of mine an email about it, and I know him personally so fingers crossed that he passes it on it's not very in depth but I tried, and ill check out that link now x

Was wondering if e-liquids, when classified as medicinal, would be available on prescription? (free in Scotland).  doubtful, so willing to muck in and lobby my MP (who's never in the house, anyway).  Thanks for the update, and keep up the good work.

As far as I know the plan is to allow them to be sold anywhere that NRT can be sold.
The problem is the stuff that will be allowed will be useless to anyone and all the good stuff (what we currently use) will be banned.

Cos it hasn't been given aproval by them. They say no ecigs on the market today would pass their tests.
