4 bloody weeks!!!! unfortunately there are some vendors out there where their customer service is shocking but ultra fast in taking your money, I have a few on my list now

UKEcigstore - the only place you can get the iClear 30 afaik. I know I should phone them, but I'm that busy at the moment, electronic communications are easier for me. They took my money over t'internet, don't see why they can't sort out my missing order over t'internet too.

Oh dear, thought so, that brings back memories, i had the same problem (don't email them as it might end up in spam folder according to them).

Phone them not once but twice, it's what i had to do, took ages to sort out

I'm sorry, but that's shockingly bad service. I don't actually want to give them any more money until they sort it out. Plenty of other better vendors around. Can we persuade one of them to stock this? I really want one!

Funny that, that engaged thing happened to me aswell, got through in the end though after numerous calls for days on end

After all my moaning earlier "I GOT THROUGH" spoke to a guy called Harris(i think)may be Harif!! but replacement being sent out, can't say fairer than that really.
Apart from man flu I'm much happier now

Really don't want to upset you but that's what they said to me and nothing until 2-3 weeks later, hopefully it will be ok for you

Well, I have just managed to get through too, swapped out the original order of 3 CE4 clearos for one of these iClear 30 babies to be sent out today! Jen = happy

They said they're opening another store at the moment but should have some more staff arriving soon to take care of customer service issues like this, by the way.

Here's hoping - my taste buds are all over the place at the moment though! But it does sound like a decent piece of kit
