A google search reads only good things about Eastmall LR atties, so I think it's about time someone told the truth. All the good reports are quite old and I can't find a great deal that's recent. There're many suppliers out there, I'm back to using my Greenhouse One LR901's and they're brilliant. Don't know how prices compare but I'm sure they're pretty good

I've had some of GH1's LR901's as well Dee and they're certainly on a par with EM's good batches . . . . prices are exactly the same $15 for five . . . delivery in a week, so all good.

Ok, so I've heard back from Selina this morning . . . . there are two mails, the first the resend that Hotmail couldn't accomodate - and I have too say that I wouldn't have been happy waiting for a replacements until our next order as that's still a point to be discussed. Best Regards, Selina " So, can everyone who wants to return their LR901's please post them back to me with a note as to who they are from, so as I know where I am when it comes to refunds. I am still keeping an eye on the timescale for a PP dispute and am of a mind to open one, once I've firm knowledge of the quantities involved and a Tracking Number - just as an 'insurance' . . . additionally I still fancy it would be an idea to start a thread on ECF about the problems, although I'd like it to be worded from a disappointment angle rather than from a angsty consumer perspective as EM are actively responding to our issue . . . . what does everyone think to this plan.?

I've just re read that a few times, what does she mean 'after I get the 'dead' back?' I haven't even tried most of mine, I tried 2 and found them crap so assume the others will be exactly the same, they aren't dead but obviously after a days use they die! I agree Perps, I think a thread should be started, these are substandard items! No matter how they deal with it, we've been short changed and sold total crap.

I 100% agree,these atties are the worst ever.Even when you use an adaptor the vape is horrible.The atty bridge is to low to make good contact with the cart filler.Ive found the only way to use these attys is to drip them.I used one for a day and developed a sore throat,tight chest and bad cough. Its such a shame and has really put me off Eastmall now.Could we maybe try a different supplier next time?I really dont understand why they messed around with the LR901s ???they were excellent and perfect as they were

I think a thread should still be started on ECF, they don't work as they should and maybe there are a lot more people out there having the same issues. How much would the postage back to China be by the way?

I'm not reading too much into Selina's 'dead' comment I must confess Dee, they've to go back and that's it . . . although I have to say, one I started using last Monday is still working well on the GGTB, I may well have been lucky there . . . but they don't fit the SD and other 901 connections so that's by the by.
I'm going to start a thread/poll Ian once this is sorted suggesting other Suppliers to try for our next group order - huge shame as Eastmall have served us very well until now, but I don't think any of us would have any confidence in their LR901's now.
I've no idea how much the postage will be Lisa, anything up to £20 tracked to China I'd imagine . . . what I thought I'd do is pay it ( obviously ) then divide the cost between the number of people who return their atomisers and subtract that from their individual refund. Hope you all think that's a fair way of doing it - I can't think of another, but if there is please say.

Ive used one and it made me ill and my dad phoned me yesterday to say they have also gave him the bad chest and cough and are unusable Its a terrible shame as prior to this the Eastmall LR901 was the best atty out there as far as im concerned.Oh well,atleast Selina is willing to get it sorted for us.I think Eastmall should refund the cost of the delivery back to China also,though i doubt they will. I also feel sorry for you Perpy, as its extra grief for you collecting everyones atties and posting back to China Oh well,you live and you learn.I reckon this error could lose Eastmall alot of customers,its just not good enough at all.Im not bothered about sending mine back tbh,luckily i only ordered three packs.I do feel very sorry for anyone who ordered a bulk amount of these,and those who only use a device with a 901 connection.I guess we can track the same good LR901s down and find another good supplier.My trust in Eastmall has now gone,what about health cabin?

I'm back to using my greenhouse one one's. I bought these a while back and they've served me really well.
Let's just hope that all the Chinese sellers don't just get them from one supplier, it could be that these horrible useless atties will be across the spectrum!

Send them back to me if you're not happy Ian . . . I'm not at all bothered by the bit of extra that's to be done, it's just one of those things that could happen from any supplier, anywhere in the world . . . as long as we all stay mates that's all that is of real importance to me. It is however a great shame though that EM have changed their design. Both Dee and I have tried GH1's LR901's and they've been on a par with the good EM's so that's another supplier to consider when we do - they also do a Stainless/Chrome finish that looks much nicer on a Chrome mod as well as black . . . so there's always other eggs to pickle.

Ive just looked at greenhouse ones site,some good deals on there to.I know our e-cig supplies are always changing and blame those who make the under par goods.Im certainly not meaning to moan or blame you Perpy.Everyone who ordered these is going through the same problems which i do appreciate.I think its great that we can all talk about our bad experience and form a plan of action to resolve the situation.I do appreciate all your hard work with our orders Perpy,please dont think im being stroppy at you

Hi Perps - well done for sorting all of that. It looks as if Selina has capitulated and will refund upon receipt. The Chinese standard response I gather is: "We will replace with your next order."! That was the wing-ding I had with the company I ordered from. I wasn't about to order any more - they hadn't yet managed to persuade me that they had anything worth buying. Once I made that clear to them, they disappeared, never to respond/reply to me again. Thus my PP claim was made. I returned 4 Riva kits, and I seem to recall it was about £18.00 to post!!!! I shall return my atties to you. However, out of the 10 I got in the first round/purchase, four of those didn't work. I recently sent those to Lee just in case he could get them going when I hadn't. Perhaps those could be sent/replaced at the same time? Depends if you say good idea, and if Lee wants to send them on to you.
