Glad you're doing so well Postald - took me a week to quit the stinkies totally.

If you get the urge just take a few good puffs and you'll be ok. I'm a beginner but from what I've seen you can have low points like early morning when you need to Vape more to get your nic levels up.

I'm even newer to this than you. I bought a nicolite last Sunday and knew straight away that it wouldn't be enough for me to give up the stinkies. So I started researching ecigs and came across this forum. Great bunch, very knowledgeable and full of good advice for beginners. Took delivery of a Riva yesterday and I honestly think I've cracked it! I know it's early days but it's great to not smoke the stinkies but still be able to 'smoke.' Loving the RY4 the best so far.

I'm glad someone else agrees with me that Hershey's taste like vom
