Or try this.. Get the aluminium foil off a ciggie packet and burn it..The paper backing will burn off leaving you with thin double sided aluminium foil..Use that and try... Now where am I going to get a ciggie packet from?? (not a serious question BTW)

It screws in all the way down but it wobbles around. Same on the Vamo it screws in but if i knock it it just tips to one side. I've run my finger around the Igo thread and it feels ok, no bumps or anything. So no idea what to do. I've got exactly the same problem with my 2 Igo-l's. I've got a V2 LT that they wont even screw onto, every thing else, they do after a fashion, but wobble like yours. Where did you get yours BTW?? I bought mine from a member on here. Mine has Red o rings so i think it's an older or original version.

They had red o rings, but I replaced them as they were too loose.

I think it's worn the mod thread as I have the same problem with my chrome vamo... Also I think the threads aren't as long on an igo-l as other atomisers. so others still fit where an igo will not.

I will try to partially screw a boge on and see if it wobbles or pulls off the vamo. if it does threads are dead.

Right. I've had a good look at my 2 Igo's and the threads are not 'pronounced' or cut as deep as on other mizers. Going to try the foil trick. I'll let you know what happens.

I've done the foil trick and it works OK. Putting the IGO onto a 510/510 adaptor, won't quite look right, but saves having to keep screwing on/off.

I think the Igo 510 thread is slightly bigger than it should be, and has worn the threads on the Vamo and one ego battery. I tried it on my Vamo was loose. tried it on an old Ego and was loose. But the Ego Battery i have as a spare thats hardly been used it screws onto that fine. So no doubt its only a matter of time until it breaks that thread too.
