I just went to get some 2mm Ekowool from ecigwizard but I'm not paying £1.99 postage when it'll only cost them 60p or 90p at worse! I signed up for an account first and it said I had been given 100 "wiz" points so I put that toward my order and it brought the postage down to about 70p, but If I buy more I'll get it from Cloud9. The other day I had to pay Alba-Vapours almost £4 postage for a little spool of kanthal! I'm guessing alot of these places have had people pulling a fast one & saying their orders didn't arrive so now they only do tracked/signed for shipping...but even so, alba's postage was a rip off You can get Kanthal from Dee on this site, great quality and very fast service. I think she only charges 60p for postage which normaly arrives next day, great service.

so is Ekowool made of silica or something else ? I'm using it as well but confess to being a bit ignorant on this Ash, the Ekowool from Ecig Wizard is great quality but as mentioned above, it is sort of flat braid type rather than round. It is the recommended wick for the Kafun. I did a pre-burn on some and you can get it to glow white hot with no degradation whatsoever. I am not sure that it needs a pre-burn and there is no taste from it when new. As soon as Keith gets some in stock at Cloud9, I will get mine from him but in the mean time, I purchased some from Ecig Wiz with some other bits so the postage was not an issue. If you order, dont forget to use the discount code along with going through Quidco for a further 15% cash back.

Yep - I'm already using the ECW stuff and have found it's really resilient for dry-burning. Had 2 wicks going on my spheroids for about 3 weeks now.

Not sure how well it would go in a Kanger or an Evod as it is flat rather than rounded - the 1mm for instance is actually about 2mm wide. You might be better off with a standard 2mm silica wick. Just noticed one of the reviews on the ECW page RE: Ekowool says "I have used this wick in everything from ce5, vivi novas to clockwork rda's and aga t's with no problem at all. Had great wicking properties and have no nasty taste to it at all." so maybe I'll be able to get it to work in my eVod I just hope I didn't make a mistake going for the 2mm instead of the 1mm...hmmm I'll post back here and let you know how I get on with it in the T3/eVod You can get Kanthal from Dee on this site, great quality and very fast service. Let us know how you get on Adam. What I was thinking of (and forgot to say doh!) is that as well as being flat it is also quite stretchy, which might make it a bit awkward when you are seating in something. I'm sure it would wick well if this is not really a problem.
