I ordered some sweeteners from them at the weekend, no flavouring though. Why's that?

Hi dickyg, I placed an order with them a couple of days ago and 3 of the 4 were short in volume. 2 were 1.5ml out and 1 was 1ml out. I have contacted lesuire liquids and terry was very shocked and has issued a refund for the missing liquid but just incase there has been a mistake in processing some recent orders I would recommend checking the volume of the bottles before you use them.
Leisure liquids is a great company to buy from and I have no issue with them but I thought I'd better let people know that some of the bottles may be out.

I'm yet to receive my order, emailed them to check it have definitely been dispatched and terry reassured me straight away. Will check when it arrives and let you know.

I bought some lemon meringue pie and maple syrup concentrates last Friday which came the next day which is great. The maple syrup was more like a shade over 8ml than a full 10ml but I didn't say anything, maybe I should have, too late now though as I've used a little of it.

:/ I had an order this morning from these guys walked down the stairs very red eyed and sore from last nights rum binge to the post man banging (please shut up I'm fragile ) anyway long story short my 10ml bottle of koolade is Infact a fraction under 9ml and my stevia is just over 9 .. Sure it's not intentional but the fact is the bottles don't contain the amount I payed for Baah slightly annoyed , but back to the sofa I go to rest my poor head

It's definitely not intentional. I spoke to terry through email and he was genuinely shocked at my discovery, he is sending some samples to a member ukv to get a second opinion, I've asked him to let me know the results.
I will carry on using this company because his service is excellent. It does seem like there is a bad batch out there and these things do happen. Only time will tell I suppose.

Hi guys, Came across this thread and thought it was only right to respond. We received an email from Lew and a second customer about shortness of liquids in their 10ml bottles which we dealt with. Part refunds or new liquids were sent. We also sent a random 4 liquids to be measured but all were found to contain min 10ml. After a third customer complaint, we spent the day checking every single bottle of liquid stored and identified some which appeared to me short of the 10ml. We are unsure why, as the liquids are measured by glass cylinder and even taking into consideration residue left in bottles, needles and syringes, this would not equate to more than fraction of the shortness reported to us. This certainly was not deliberate as our reputation is our most valued asset. I will always go the extra mile to keep a customer over attracting a new one. So for anyone who's liquid came up short, my sincere apologies and I hope the resolution below will make up for it in future orders.
We have now introduced a policy of filling all 10ml bottles to the top which will certainly be a net minimum of 11ml (on average 12ml) in every bottle, so we hope this will have resolved the issue of shortness. Thank you for your continued support

I ordered some flavourings a few weeks ago, they did look short when they arrived but I figured since I can fit about 12ml into a '10ml' bottle when mixing, the level was probably right even though it didn't seem so. That policy does sounds good, though, Terry
