Hi Del,
The vid above is a really good explanation.

Ive found you can fit around 1.5-2ml
to fill them you get a syringe(if buying from electravape) and you use a plastic needle tip and find the hole and push it in.

I have been vapeing for a whole day and part evening now and find them the best thing since drip tipping actually alot more better.The are kinda like a cartomiser but with out the wadding to hold the juice. you get a basic wick.

The can be used a few times by gently pulling of the plastic tubing and rinsing under warm/hot water and letting them dry for a lil while.

and you can now buy arry 5ml tanks for them.

Hope this has explained somethings for you and if your still unsure look on youtube as theres many vids to look at of them.That one sham posted is a great lil starter tut/review

My advice would be to give them a try seriously i think they are brill.

Vapor 10/10
flavor 10/10
throat hit 8/10-10/10 dependent on the type of juice

1, Standards hold 1ml, XL's hold 1.8ml
2, A small flexible syringe needle comes in the box. Buy a blunt needle and you can fill a clearo in less than 30 seconds.
3, Buy some!

I have never cleaned these till now.

They last me for a mininmum 10 - 15 refills (Than it starts leaking and to counter leaking u need a syringe mod like the one camperman is selling)

So I would suggest just to use them without cleaning and once it starts leaking keep it aside and when you got a pile of these buy a mod from camperman and reuse all your leaking clearo's

Just tryed one 2 mins ago using kevs ry4 high love the vape and flav but the throat hit is not that strong ....is that normal. I cant screw it very tight when i attatch it to battery , would that make a difference ?
