Saffy I smoked for about 2 1/2 weeks after I got my Riva kit. Bought some higher strength nic juice and haven't looked back. The important thing to remember is you have cut back so no matter what you are doing well.

My aim is to get down to 0% nice by Christmas, if I don't its no loss as still not getting the other 3997 chemicals from figs.

Yep Saffy, I quit the cigs the moment I tasted the Honeywood juice that came as part of my sample pack. I thought I enjoyed smoking. I was wrong - I just needed the nicotine fix. Now I can get that without actually smoking, I am so happy, been trying to escape the cigs for years - 40+ years! Even my husband continuing to smoke in the same room as me doesn't make them tempting. NO willpower involved - if you could fall in love with an activity, I would be in love with vaping. It's made me so happy!
