How long should I give it before giving up hope regarding 'missing' vape mail? I ordered some juice nearly three weeks ago from a uk vendor and it still hasn't arrived... It was just a 30ml bottle and i paid almost 3quid for delivery... I've sent the vendor two emails to let them know that the item hasn't arrived and to check what type of delivery they used but they've blanked both my emails. I've contacted the post office and they say that unless I have a tracking number there's nothing that can be done. I've asked vendor if they have one but silence... What can I do now, apart from obviously not order from said vendor again - I fully understand it isn't their fault the item hasn't arrived and believe that they did infact post the item when stated BUT what really pi$$es me right off is the pig ignorance of people who don't reply to my emails...

I think its 13 days before the company can claim lost mail, if you paid with paypal open up a case that you did not get your item.

I can't understand vendors who don't reply to customers emails. Are they trying to run a successful business or what. These people should be named and shamed on here if you ask me, but not sure if you are allowed to do that.

I agree, it wouldnt be right to name em... But if they think ignoring me will make me go away, they are totally wrong. It's actually getting to the point where their ignorant behaviour in failing to acknowledge my emails is bugging me more than the 15 quid juice that's missing... I'm gonna threaten a PayPal dispute to see if that nudges em along abit. As I said, its not about the money, more just good common manners.

Are they a vendor on here? If so, check when they were last online & also drop them a pm. There was one the other day that there were problems with & they were moving premises, is it them?

You should name them, no-one else here wants to get treated like that and it as amazing how powerful forums can be, it can change bad venders habits for the good after a bit of soul searching on their part..................................ermmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm................................that is unless you are Min at Vaporbreak lolol. Although to be fair he is upping his game with the new staff and better communications.

Why would you not name a bad vendor? Would you name a good vendor? Yes, you would. One of the reasons this forum exists is so people know what vendors to trust and buy from. You owe it to every member on this forum to name the vendor. In my opinion. Of course you should always give the vendor a chance to rectify the situation, but 3 weeks and no contact from the vendor is pretty downright awful. You wouldn't want us to throw away our money, would you?

I'm sure they did send it out in good faith but it simply hasn't arrived, I'll let them know how pi$$ed off I am with their ignorance and see what happens. And, no Robby, I'm nae Min fae Vaporbreak, I'm a Scottish laddie fae Glasgae - and the said vendor is UK based too..

Sorry for jumping your thread cammy ,, vape mail arrived today from Bestcigarettesolution.com after 1 month, think their were a few people who had concerns about not receiving goods from this vendor, but the delay must have just been the Chinese New yr back log, they even sent me a free 10ml sample.

They are good for the basic stuff and always seem honest and apologetic. I have used them about a dozen times. They remind me of an old Monty Python sketch where the head waiter (John Cleese I think) offers to commit harri karri after a customer found a dirty knife on the table
