eVic newbie

Just collected mine and i bought the one that was on ebay, i have just factory reset it using the MVR and then updated it again, got my 3.5 nova attached and vaping away very merrily

Well I am lost with mine.
I want to vape it in Wattage like I did with my Vamo but it only goes up to 6 W
Also it shows my Vivi Nova 2.4 oHm as 4 oHms
Kinda lost at the moment, too many settings.....

My iClear30 tank works fine on my ProVari but it won't work on the eVic
So having to use a Vivi Nova,,,,

I used to have my Vamo set up at 8.5 Wats but this thing just tastes burnt

Does anyone have an iClear 30 dual coil tank and an eVic?
Does it work? Cos it doesn't with mine....

My iClear 30 was working great on my Vamo, I then bought a ProVari, put the iClear 30 on it and it was great
I then put it back on the Vamo and it didn't work, I put it back on the ProVari and it worked.
I then put it on the eVic and it also doesn't work, BUT still works fine ont he ProVari.

It can only be the centre pin on the iclear really. It would be just fantastic if a new "standard" came out for atties, "spring loaded centre contacts". It would sort out 90% of problems like this one. I got some novas with my Vamo kit from Zainy some time back and they had spring loaded centre contacts, never had an issue with them. The centre contact stuck out of the bottom by about 3 mm, but it was spring loaded so whatever mod you put it on, it self adjusted. Sometimes the simplest ideas are the best I havent seen the spring loaded contacts on any other atty since which is a shame.

I thought the same that it can only be that, I put a paper click in the bottom of the hole of the iClear30 and pulled it down as much as I could but still the same.
What i need is a new iClear 30 to test it right from the box.
I would have ordered one from HC yesterday but within one hour of them having 400 in stock they all went, shame as they are a great price

Wow, gone within an hour?, must be venders buying them if they are going that fast, still good money in them though if they are less than £8
