If i was her i would be on to the company and tell them she wants her money back.As for getting rid of it i would dig a large hole and bury it in the bottle in the garden and.......save it for an emergency No,she should contact the vendor and see what they are going to do.I wouldnt have that in my house,imagine what damage it could do in the wrong hands,apart from the obvious.
