If I was in any way sensible, I'd have started out mixing single flavours, maybe some of those pre-mixed concentrates like apple pie, then tried a couple of two-flavour juices and worked my way up - no bravery required But instead, I got my mad scientist on, ordered one of everything and decided I could make anything, how hard could it be... erm, a lot harder than I thought! Still, some of the 1 and 2-flavour ones I've got going are really good

convinced my gorgeous grand daughter that Scottish chickens lay Scotch eggs and that hoovers have baby elephants in them to suck up the dirt, had her feeding the hoover with small pieces of apple as she was worried that her Nan wasn't hoovering enough and the elephant would starve.

also told her that jeans are made out of fluff collected from granddads belly button,
